Meet Our Founder

Spencer Collazos is a U.S. Army Veteran, West Point graduate, and former Infantry Officer with over 8 years of service. He served with the 75th Ranger Regiment, led brigade-level planning efforts, and later commanded an infantry company. After multiple deployments and years of service, he transitioned to the civilian sector with a deep passion for preserving the bonds forged in uniform. Spencer founded LinkUp to ensure that no Active Duty member or Veteran ever loses connection with their unit, mentors, or military family. LinkUp is a digital home built to keep service ties alive for life.

CSM (Ret.) Mark A. Collazos served 24 years in the U.S. Army as an Infantry Soldier, leading from the front in some of the most elite and demanding units in the world. His career spanned the 75th Ranger Regiment, Regimental Reconnaissance Detachment (RRD), Delta Force (SFOD-D), Long Range Surveillance Company (LRSC), and multiple leadership assignments across the Army.

He held key leadership positions including Ranger Instructor and First Sergeant at 6th Ranger Training Battalion, First Sergeant for Task Force 1-501 PIR, Battalion Operations Sergeant Major and Battalion CSM for 1-36 Infantry “Spartans” during combat operations in Iraq, and ultimately retired as the Command Sergeant Major of 4th Ranger Training Battalion.He held key leadership positions including Ranger Instructor and First Sergeant at 6th Ranger Training Battalion, First Sergeant for Task Force 1-501 PIR, Battalion Operations Sergeant Major and Battalion CSM for 1-36 Infantry “Spartans” during combat operations in Iraq, and ultimately retired as the Command Sergeant Major of 4th Ranger Training Battalion.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mark completed some of the military’s most challenging schools including Ranger, Airborne, Jumpmaster, Combat Diver, HALO, Pathfinder, and the Sergeants Major Academy and deployed to Panama, Somalia, Bosnia, Afghanistan, and Iraq.
A Ranger Hall of Fame inductee, Mark Collazos is revered for his leadership, mentorship, and lifelong commitment to the Ranger community and the soldiers he led.
